Crossfit Kids:

Run 2 laps around the house, 10 reps of Pull-Ups (modified), PushUps, Squats, and Sit-Ups.

2 Rounds for time.

Use 95 pounds, 65 pounds or broomstick as needed and post time and load to comments.

You may also substitute Kettlebell or Dumbbell Swings.  Not quite the same but challenging if you pick a good weight to use.  Have a great day.  Tomorrow will be a rest day.  God Bless.

  • Shane Tarbox
    NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), NSCA-CPT. Shane grew up playing soccer and continued for 22 years. Shane has worked in the Fitness industry since 1998. He has trained High School, Collegiate, Professional Athletes, and athletes of everyday life. Along with training he has coached soccer and High School Rowing (Crew). Shane is married to his lovely wife Stacy of 9 years, and they have two children Samantha (6) and Seth (4).
